We hope all is well with you and with your congregation. We have had a very stormy month of December with two big snowstorms and very cold temperatures. The harsh weather has made it difficult for people to attend church the last two Sundays, but we are eagerly awaiting the birth of the Christ-child and the coming of peace, hope and joy this Christmas! Susan and I will be spending Christmas Day at home with our children and then traveling to New Hampshire later in the week to visit her parents. We have two Christmas Eve services at First Church. The first is at 5:00 p.m. and is primarily for Children and young families. The second is at 9:00 p.m. and is a candlelight service of lessons and carols.
